Plug Cups

• These components are used in water pump , engine blocks, oil pumps to provide sealing from flow of water or oil.
• The O/D size is Maintained with in ± 0.01mm tolerance in order to achieve good sealing With assembly.
• In Water Pump Assembly it is used to seal the cosmetic port.
• In Engine block it is used to close the port.
• In Oil Pump is it used to seal the outlet port.
• The Design and material of the Plug varied based on the Customer requirement
• Materials Used : Stainless Steel ( AISI 304 ) , CRCA ( IS 513)
